Autechre

This page acts as more of a shrine than the other music that I have shared. Being said, as I get better at web making it will become a better spot for all things Autechre. Personally, this electronic duo from Rochdale, Sean Booth and Rob Brown, might be my favorite project of all time. To me, they've always been more than what they themselves might tell you. As humble as it is, their music connects with me in an unexplainable way that no other music has. Even without speaking a word or having some sort of intelligible lyrics, the music still understands the listener. The listener understands the music. It still connects with the listener. Autechre is something to discover on your own, which is why I don't recommend an exact record to start with. It may seem kind of daunting about how large their discography may seem, but don't worry about it. Go at your own pace. Pick a record that has the most attractive cover art to you. Maybe listen to a mix someone has made online. Hell don't even listen to Autechre if that's the easiest path for you hahahaha!
